The buffer time setting can be found just below the default duration pickers on the service details page.
Microsoft bookings buffer time. Then click on the drop down arrow next to time increments in the scheduling policy section of the page. Bookings gives you a faster alternative to time consuming and repetitive scheduling tasks all while optimizing your organizational resources. To customize bookable time increments first click the booking page link in the left navigation bar of the bookings web app.

This means if an appointment ends at 3 00 pm and 10 minutes of buffer time has been added to the end of the meeting the staff s calendar will show as busy and non bookable until 3 10pm. Before it can be set for a given service you must enable the buffer time setting by selecting the buffer time toggle.
