You lied to me i just booked a room here. If you book from the 16th there is no guarantee that you can get into the room before 2pm. The old adage give respect to get respect very much holds true here.

This was an unrelated issue and just an issue with the service app itself but i called the hotel to have my reservation confirmed. Guest walks in with no booking and asks for a room after midnight. Booking a hotel room by hours is a great way to break the routine.

People have reported that some hotels have given away their rooms when they have arrived only little bit after 6pm. Using someone s name means they are more likely to listen to you especially if you have a complaint. The options are few but at least sometimes those hotel rates are cheaper than they were before midnight although they don t beat the best deals that were available before midnight.
